In 2000, the Stained Glass Garden also earned the "Diablo Best of the East Bay" award for its superior customer service, products, classes, and designs. Joan McLean, owner of The Stained Glass Garden, has designed many of the store's proprietary glass panel patterns, which are fabricated by various California artists and sold at SGG.
